Stansfield v British Broadcasting Corporation [2021] EWHC 2638 (QB)

A claimant, aged 50 at the time of the trial, had been 42 when he was seriously injured in the course of his work for the BBC, when he was carrying out a series of crash tests while making a television programme. He was awarded damages of £1,617,286.20.
