$7 trillion of trade at risk in busiest ports

A new Russell Group white paper, “Why Understanding Global Trade is Key to Modelling Rising Port Accumulation”, shows that the dollar value of trade entering the world’s busiest ports is concentrated in 50 shipping destinations. Analysis by Russell shows that 55 per cent or US$7.5 trillion of global trade is concentrated in these ports.
