FCA launches listing review with ‘dual class share’ proposal

The FCA is considering “significant structural changes” to the listing regime in order to see “more companies listing at an earlier stage in their life cycle”. It wants to see listing activity increasing, and points to the fact that the United Kingdom accounts for “only” five per cent of global flotations.
