The Board’s latest meeting was once again comparatively brief and focused on two topics: feedback on its goodwill and impairment project; and its proposals on primary financial statements. Both of these are key projects, which have attracted much interest. While the Board has every right to be pleased about the responses it has received, it has a number of challenges ahead if it is to bring these projects to successful conclusions, especially if it aims to do so without incurring significant delay.
