Evidence care – data collection, internal investigation

Employers who fear they are being fleeced by a corrupt insider, perhaps colluding with an external hacker, even as they seek to investigate must ensure they don’t fall foul of data and privacy protection laws and regulations: breaches can undermine a criminal or civil case and make it harder to dismiss the offender.
