Consultation kicks off on year-long preparation of Investment Firm Prudential Regime

The FCA is seeking feedback from the 3,200 investment firms that will be subject to the UK Investment Firm Prudential Regime
(IFPR) when it is expected to commence on 1 January 2022. Responses must be made by 5 February.
