Call for better protection for cyclists and drivers in Highway Code

Insurer MORE TH>N has called for proposed changes to the Highway Code to go further to better protect cyclists and drivers. It noted that 1.3 million Britons purchased a bike in the first six months of the year, so more drivers and cyclists are sharing the road, leading to a rise in accidents involving cyclists. MORE TH>N also urged drivers and cyclists to be extra vigilant to avoid accident and injury.
