By a settlement agreement in writing dated 30 November 2018 (the Settlement Agreement) the claimant and the defendant compromised
a dispute that had been referred to LCIA arbitration. The Settlement Agreement provided that the parties should compromise
the arbitration by way of a Consent Award.
