Law Society responds to IUAs professional indemnity warning
The Law Society has responded to the recent warning from the International Underwriting Association of London (IUA) that professional
indemnity insurance (PII) cover for solicitors “could become unsustainable” if underwriters could not cancel policies where
the premium is not paid.
