US FDA reports drop in e-cigarette use by youth

Considerably fewer US youth are using e-cigarettes than last year, following two years of increased use, according to new data from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in partnership with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Data from the 2020 National Youth Tobacco Survey (NYTS) shows 1.8 million fewer US youth are currently using e-cigarettes compared to 2019.
