Judge failed to adequately provide reasons for findings

A personal injury claim arose from a road traffic accident. The claimants were passengers in the first defendant’s vehicle. The first defendant failed to stop at a junction, and collided with another vehicle, causing injury to the claimants.The second defendant insurers defended the claim and required the claimants to prove a number of issues.
