Sally Clark to sue post-mortem pathologist

Sally Clark, who spent three years in jail for the murder of her two baby sons before being cleared, is reported to be suing the pathologist who carried out post-mortems on her sons for damages. The case is being brought under the 17th century misfeasance in public office law.The pathologist was found guilty of professional misconduct at a General Medical Council hearing. The claim for damages accuses the pathologist of negligence as well as misfeasance.
