Tall man loses air traffic control discrimination case

A man who had his job offer to train as an air traffic controller retracted because of his height has lost an employment tribunal.The man was due to train at the National Air Traffic Control Centre but it was decided that it would be too dangerous to have his 38 inch legs under the desks.
