Identity of parties to contract

In Maftoon (t/a FM Construction Services) v Sayed and Lebaneat (Yarm) Ltd [2020] EWHC 1801 (TCC), it was held that the parties to the contract were the claimant and the defendant in his personal capacity and not the company of which the defendant was a director. This conclusion was reached as a matter of the interpretation of the contract between the parties.
