High Court orders £10.7m restitution from three directors and two pensions companies

Three individuals have been ordered to pay £6.7 million between them in order to give restitution to people who were “induced” to invest in SIPPs. The three men were directors of two pension companies — Avacade and Alexandra Associates — which operated as illegal pension introducers.
