Novartis and subsidiaries pay US$346 million in US for corruption

Swiss pharmaceuticalsgiant, Novartis AG, plus a former subsidiary Alcon Pte and its current Greekwing, are together to pay out US$345.9 million in fines to American regulatorsbecause of corrupt practices.
