In the early 1950s, when infamous bank robber Willie Sutton appeared in court for the umpteenth time, the judge asked, “Mr Sutton, why did you always rob the banks?” To which he replied, “That’s where the money was.” [1] Today the money is with the government and they are giving it away to those who need it, or to others who falsely claim they need it.
