PRA takes its first enforcement action against individuals in a credit union

The Prudential Regulation Authority has issued its first bans and censures of individuals involved in a credit union. Two of the four individuals were directors of ‘Enterprise the Business Credit Union Ltd’ whose main failing was that they failed “to act with due skill, care and diligence in performing their director roles”. These two directors were censured.
