Five risk trends company directors and officers need to watch in 2020

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) has highlighted what it calls five “mega trends” which will have significant risk implications for senior management in 2020 and beyond. In a report, “Directors and Officers Insurance Insights 2020”, AGCS also examines some of the factors which are driving recent changes in the D&O insurance market after a period of sustained large loss activity.
