1. Selecting your arbitrators is selecting your arbitration

Selecting an arbitral tribunal is not just a matter of selecting the people who will decide your dispute. No decision you make in the course of entering into your arbitration agreement or during the arbitration will have as great an impact on the arbitral process, and on the content of the final award, as the decision on who the arbitrator(s) should be.
