Bank of Scotland fined UK£45.5m for not disclosing distressed lending fraud suspicions

The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has fined the Bank of Scotland (BOS) UK£45.5 million (US$57.7 million) for failing to disclose to regulators suspicions about frauds committed by its staff lending to troubled businesses. [1]
