Accelerate bribery investigations & decide on ‘failure to prevent’ extension, says House of Lords

An “excellent piece of legislation” is the UK House of Lords opinion of the UK Bribery Act 2010 in a report, published today [14 March2019] [1], but peers would like to know how the authorities plan to speed up bribery investigations and ensure that suspects are kept better informed on their progress.
