Pensions freedom rules extended — but FCA refrains from charges cap

TheFCA has, for the moment, stopped short of introducing a cap on charges related to the exercising of pension freedoms — but it is tightening the rules on fees disclosure and other areas affecting consumer options. The Financial Conduct Authority is particularly concerned about the 30 per cent of people not taking advice.
