New FCA rules allow Gibraltar firms UK access-as-usual until 2020

The FCA has published draft rules and guidance that will enable Gibraltar-based firms with existing passport rights to continue operating with the same market access into the United Kingdom until December 2020. The rules and guidance will be finalised and introduced by statutory instrument “shortly before” the UK leaves the European Union.
