Adjudication and natural justice

In Synergy Gas Services Ltd v Northern Gas Heating Ltd [2018] EWHC 3060 (TCC) Mr Jonathan Acton Davis QC, sitting as a Deputy Judge of the High Court, held that the claimant was entitled to summary judgment in order to enforce the decision of an adjudicator. It was held that the adjudicator had not breached the principles of natural justice in that there had been a sufficient basis in the evidence and the arguments advanced by the parties to entitle the adjudicator to reach the conclusion which he had reached.
