Five-year sentence handed down after FCA files fraud charges

Mark Starling, a man whopurported to run investment funds despite never having been authorised, has been sentenced to five years in jail after the FCA successfully brought fraud charges against him. The Financial Conduct Authority has now begun confiscation proceedings against the 57-year old.
