Danske Bank passed €200bn for suspicious non-residents through Estonia branch, CEO resigns

Thomas Borgen, Danske Bank’s chief executive resigned today [19 September] with publication of a report that €200 billion in 9.5 million transactions from around 15,000 non-resident customers flowed through the bank’s Estonian branch between 2007 and 2015.
