Authorised Push Payment complaints remit set to be extended

Victims of authorised push payment (APP) fraud will be able to make complaints against the payment service providers (PSPs) that receive the transferred funds from the start of 2019, if a regulatory consultation goes through as expected. At the moment, recourse is only possible against the transferring PSP.
