This was a stakeholder claim pursuant to CPR Part 86 by ST Shipping and Transport who were the time charterers of the vessel CV Stealth (the charterers). The first defendants, Space Shipping Ltd, were the disponent owners of the vessel under a bareboat charter. The second defendants, Psara Energy Ltd, were the registered (head) owners of the vessel.
