Yacht insurers blown towards hard market after hurricane battering

The yacht insurance market is traditionally seen as niche and often counter-cyclical to the much more competitive marine insurance market. But the reduction in yacht rates (even for super-yachts and other vessels with more complex coverage requirements) over the past number of years is a cause of concern for the market.
