The
vessel
Star Polaris was built by the
defendant under a contract dated 6 April 2010 and delivered to the claimant
buyer on 14 November 2011. On 29 June 2012 the vessel suffered a serious engine
failure. On 2 September 2012 the vessel was towed to STX Gosung in South Korea
for repairs.
