Construction law firm Corbett & Co has opened two discussion forums on the Internet. Their web site includes a construction law forum and an arbitration/ADR forum. They are open to anyone in the industry to raise queries, make suggestions or debate issues. In the form of bulletin boards the forums allow users to post new messages or contribute to on-going discussions, under their own name or anonymously. Experience in America suggests that such forums could prove useful to anyone dealing with construction contracts or disputes. The site also includes Corbett’s brochure and issues of its magazine, “International construction review”. Space is provided for arbitrators and experts to post their details, including web sites.
