This book provides extracts from 29 leading United Kingdom and United States cases compiled by the editor of Product Liability International, with commentary outlining the American law by Derrick Owles, and the English law by Anthea Worsdall. Most of the English cases at least will be well known to most English lawyers. The book serves as a convenient introduction to the area and point of reference for non-lawyers with an interest in the major cases and a selection of the most recent developments.
