By a contract dated 3 July 2012 Ramburs Inc (the sellers) sold a quantity of maize to Agrifert SA (the buyers) on a fob basis with delivery between 15 March and 31 March 2013. The loading berth(s)/pier(s) was to be declared by sellers upon nomination of a vessel.
