Practice – Anti-suit injunction – Whether delay prevents grant of injunction

On 27 November 2013 the claimant (ESL), as bareboat charterers, chartered the vessel Kishore to time charterers under an NYPE form (the time charter). On the same day the time charterers voyage-chartered the vessel. Both the time charter and the voyage charter contained English law and London arbitration clauses.
