Chern on Dispute Boards
The World Bank utilises its own Standard Bidding Documents for Works (SBDW), which have been prepared for use in the procurement of admeasurements (unit price or rate) types of works contracts through international competitive bidding. The World Bank, on projects worldwide, developed the procedures and practices set forth in the SBDW through broad international experience.
