4.01 This chapter considers the procedural aspects of jurisdiction of the English courts to grant injunctive relief in relation to arbitration. It will examine the procedural aspects of commencing an arbitration claim under the Civil Procedure Rules (“CPR”). The chapter does not deal with CPR in 6.20 in depth, but will focus on the relevant jurisdictional heads in relation to arbitration under the CPR.
