claimant (Vitol) was a Bahrain company. The first defendant (Nasdec) was a
Dubai company which sold two cargoes of oil to Vitol. The cargoes were
delivered into shore tanks at Fujairah, UAE. The shore tanks were owned by VTTI
Fujairah Terminals Ltd (VTTI).
