The claimant, American Overseas Marine Corporation (AOM), was the managing owner of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier, LNG Gemini . By a charterparty of 3 January 2011 AOM time-chartered the vessel to the defendant, Golar Commodities Ltd (Golar).
