13.1
Claims under Lloyd’s non-life insurances originally allocated to years of account before 1993 are now dealt with by Resolute Management Services Ltd on behalf of Equitas Insurance Ltd, to which all liabilities of the syndicate members under those policies were transferred under Part VII of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 on 30 June 2009.1
