On 26 September 2002 Field J granted the claimant Bank domestic and worldwide freezing orders, and disclosure orders, against the defendants in support of substantive proceedings brought by the Bank against the defendants in the courts of Sharjah in relation to loans made by the Bank for the purchase of two oil tankers, the Sea Lion and the Sharjah Pride.
