White Mountains proposals

MEMBERS of White Mountains Insurance Group have approved all proposals put before them at its annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday. That means directors Morgan Davis, Edith Holiday and Lowndes Smith have been elected to serve for the next three years. Members also approved amendments to, and performance criteria in, the long-term incentive plan; the terms of options granted to chairman and chief executive, Ray Barrette; and the choice of PricewaterhouseCoopers as accountant.
