Following a collision between the Vicky 1, a tanker, and the Front Ace, a VLCC, the claimant owners of the Front Ace were given judgment against the defendant owners of the Vicky 1. Both parties appealed, owners of the Vicky 1 on the fixture point and the calculation of damages point, and the owners of the Front Ace on the loss of chance point.
