The International Tanker Owners Pollution Federation (ITOPF) marked its 40th anniversary in 2008 and, as an official observer at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the IOPC Funds, has long maintained an active interest in following the legislative developments precipitated by some of the major incidents we have attended.
