Forfeiture and time to remedy the breach and relief

Readers will recall that in our August edition ((2004) 18 Commercial Leases 884) we highlighted Courtney Lodge Management Ltd v Blake [2004] EWCA Civ 975, a case that concerned, among other issues, an alleged breach of covenant and a reasonable time for the tenant to remedy the breach. The subject has also been under review in an unreported case , Albany Holdings Ltd v Crown Estate Commissioners.
