TCF – it ends and starts

If anyone thought that the December 2008 Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) deadline meant an end to the matter, they probably should not have been working on the project in the first place, but even if they only thought that pressure would ease a touch, they are also to be disappointed. The FSA has announced that firms’ delivery of the TCF outcomes will be embedded in the ARROW (risk-responsive operating framework) assessments from January 2009; the original timetable was September 2009.
