Every autumn CM joins forces with Joslin Rowe (the recruitment consultants) to survey senior compliance professionals. The survey, which has been running since 2000, seeks to divine recruitment trends, opinions on the FSA’s work and perception of compliance as a function. Responses are anonymous, which ensures some hard-hitting views. This year over 50 respondents completed the online survey, 71% were heads of department and 29% either managers or senior consultants.
