8.1.1 Doubt raised as to whether a written contract exists or not.
Argument was raised at the beginning of a hearing as to whether or not there was a written contract. It was accepted that some sort of contract existed between the parties but whether it was on the claimant’s terms, the respondent’s terms, or neither was not clear.
