Union launches new injury claim line

Shopworkers’ union, Usdaw, has launched a new injury claim line called FirstCall Usdaw, with the strapline ‘No forms No fuss No delay’. FirstCall Usdaw is the new free 24/7 telephone claim line for processing applications for legal assistance in injury and disease cases for members and their families. It replaces the old form system, giving a faster and easier service for Usdaw’s 359,000 members.
