Damages for physical and psychological injuries

A man has received £120,000 compensation after suffering physical and psychological injuries in an industrial accident. He worked unloading lorries when he was asked to carry out duties outside of his normal role. He was asked to operate a pillar drill but had done so only once before and had received no training or instruction on its use.
